Platform for information, citizen participation, education, cooperation, partnership, volunteering and activism to preserve the environment
WHAT ARE AARHUS CENTERS
Environmental degradation, the race for natural resources and climate change can threaten political stability. On the other hand, good environmental management and cooperation help build trust. The Aarhus Centers help by involving citizens, governments and the private sector in a dialogue on environmental challenges.
The Aarhus Centers assist governments in implementing the Aarhus Convention and citizens in better understanding and exercising the rights set forth in that convention. Aarhus Centers provide platforms on which public institutions, local governments, civil society organizations and the private sector work together to address environmental issues in their places and seek solutions. The centers represent a bridge between citizens and state bodies, and they achieve this by conducting a series of activities.

SUPPORT US
We design actions to protect the environment, find points that need to be protected, cleaned, edited and communicate with all partners involved in the action (donor, local partners, local government, media). We approach the planning of the action responsibly, we take care of the participants, security, we provide all the necessary support. It is important for us to include the youngest in volunteering. We organize the necessary trainings for socially responsible companies. After work, we award prizes to our partners as a sign of gratitude for their support and contribution to the preservation of the environment.
